Decorated in shades of beige and blue, the bungalow features a fully upholstered recliner lounge with 82 centimetre flat screen television, DVD player, and an iPod docking station in the lounge. There is a separate dining area and a modern fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven, new cooking range, and full size refrigerator.
