Step inside Brookie's Beach House and feel instantly at home. Upstairs, the bright open-plan living area brings together the lounge, dining and fully self-contained kitchen, creating an easy space to relax and spend time together. Comfortable leather lounges and a large Smart TV make it the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach.
The home accommodates guests across three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 features two single beds and a ceiling fan, while Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and ceiling fan. At the end of the hallway, the main bedroom offers a queen bed, ceiling fan, private ensuite with bathtub and direct access to the rear courtyard.
The main bathroom features a large shower, with a separate toilet and vanity area for added convenience. An internal laundry is also available during your stay.
One of the highlights of Brookie's Beach House is its two outdoor entertaining areas. At the front, the spacious timber deck is accessed directly from the living area and features outdoor seating and twinkling ceiling lights, creating a beautiful atmosphere after dark. Enjoy breakfast in the morning sunshine, a relaxed seafood lunch or drinks and dinner under the stars.
At the rear, the private courtyard features an outdoor setting, Weber BBQ and outdoor shower – perfect for rinsing off after the beach before settling in for an alfresco meal.
