Wollombi Rolling Ridges

Accommodation Details

Ridgetop views evoke stillness and quiet to enjoy the abundant nature, from lyre birds, black cockatoos, wallabies, wombats, goannas as well as many different bird species depending on the season. October/November is flush with flannel flowers and other wildflowers thanks to bushfires and floods. Whilst the property is 100 acres, it also borders Yengo Sate Forrest so experienced hikers can tramp until their heart's content without needing permission to cross private properties. There are dirt tracks you can ride your bicycle but being on a ridge there is a steep climb back up. The property is ideal for those who wish to immerse themselves in pristine nature while being only 1.5 hours from Newcastle or Wahroonga. There are two camping pads options for campers. This is a hosted stay through Hipcamp.
