Tainted is a Victorian comedy burlesque Opera set to 90s grunge live music — OTT entertainment at the James Theatre Dungog.
This hilarious period fusion has pole dance, burlesque, comedy, magic, stilt walking, sexy slapstick, nostalgic 90s music and very little Opera.
The Wollombi Burlesque Troupe have ventured further afield this year to include Dungog in their tour of Tainted. Creating shows by locals for locals for 10 years, they feel ready to take on the world! Musicians from Maitland and Newcastle will join veteran burlesquer Legs 11.11 with a motley crew of vaudiville performers from Wollombi and it's surrounds.
